Minggu 13 Agustus 2017, PKBI Cabang Bantul mengadakan kegiatan Mobile Klinik di Kelurahan Sriharjo bekerjasama dengan Kader Desa. Layanan pemeriksaan yang disediakan adalah (IVA) dan Pemeriksaan VCT. Inpeksi Visual Asam Asetat atau IVA dilakukan untuk deteksi dini kanker leher rahim pada perempuan. Persyaratan untuk melakukan Tes IVA adalah sudah pernah melakukan hubungan seksual, tidak dalam keadaan hamil, tidak sedang menstruasi dan tidak melakukan hubungan seksual 1×24 jam sebelum pemeriksaan. Peserta harus memenuhi persyaratan tersebut. Sedangkan pemeriksaan VCT atau Voluntary Counselling and Testing adalah tes untuk HIV. Kegiatan ini dilakukan Klinik Harmony PKBI Bantul dan Tim VCT dari PKBI DIY. Acara tersebut dimulai pada pukul 09.00 WIB sampai dengan Pukul 13.00 WIB. Peserta yang hadir pada kegiatan Mobile Klinik sebelumnya telah melakukan pendaftaran pada Kader Desa dan mendapatkan sosialisasi dari Volunteer PKBI Bantul. Namun pada hari pelaksanaan juga dilakukan pendataan kembali peserta atas kesediaannya untuk melakukan tes IVA maupun VCT. Hingga akhir kegiatan Peserta yang hadir untuk melakukan pemeriksaan IVA sejumlah 35 orang dan VCT 20 orang. Hadir pula petugas Bidan Desa dari Puskesmas Imogiri 2 untuk memantau jalannya pelaksanaan kegiatan. Layanan Mobile Klinik ini diberikan secara gratis kepada masyarakat dan dalam bentuk pemenuhan Hak Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Seksual di Kabupaten Bantul.
